In partnership with Tom Smyth & Associates, Retail Excellence Ireland has set up Retail Excellence Ireland HR, a Human Resource Management Product suite that is now available on a complimentary basis to all full Retail Excellence Ireland members.

The suite of services available to full Retail Excellence Ireland members over the phone is extensive and offer members an expert opinion and advice on many key HR issues.

The suite fo HR supports is delivered using telephone advice on any aspect of Employment Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Health & Safety.

The complimentary service is of an advisory nature whereby Tom Smyth and Associates will listen to the query or problem that a member has and suggest a course of action that both complies with employment law and is practical to the retailer.

With the establishment of the new National Employment Rights Authority under the Towards 2016 Agreement we would recommend to all our members to ensure your businesses are compliant with all aspects of Employment Law and would urge you to use this complimentary service if you are in any doubt.
