What are Store Assessments?

A store assessment involves the objective measurement of pre-agreed standards by an objective third party. The standards measured are very much based upon the operating standards your organisation wishes to achieve. Standards measured as part of a typical store assessment could include:

What if we don’t have any Documented Standards?

CREST Ireland will assist any retail organisation in the design of their standards. We will involve all stakeholders in the business and create a working set of standards to be achieved. Furthermore, we will replicate these standards in work-plan form and train staff to achieve these standards.
